The 1963 BAUS Annual Scientific Meeting took place from 3 to 6 July 1963 at the Arts Faculty (pictured right), University of Leeds.

Other Information
On the evening of Wednesday 3 July, members and their guests were invited by the President and Council of BAUS to a Reception at Templenewsam House, followed by a buffet-supper by invitation of Chas F Thackray Ltd and the Leeds urologists.
Following short papers on 4 July, a reception took place at the Civic Hall hosted by the Lord Mayor of Leeds; this was followed by the Annual Dinner, attended by 176 members and their guests.
On the morning of 5 July, a session was held to discuss "The adrenal gland". In the evening, a visit was arranged to Fountains Abbey (pictured lower right), followed by dinner at The Majestic Hotel, Harrogate.
Following short reports on Saturday 6 July, members visited the Research Unit of Leeds General Infirmary.
