BAUS 2025 registration opens at 11.00hr on Tuesday 25 March 2025.

PLEASE NOTE: a confirmation email will be sent automatically once your registration is received, and will contain an invoice & receipt. The confirmation email can take up to 30 minutes to be delivered. The escalating scale of registration fees for the meeting can be viewed below.

Merchandise

To mark 80 years of The British Association of Urological Surgeons there will be a range of branded, half-zip sweatshirts (pictured right) available to purchase via the registration site - £40 per item - don’t miss out!

Items will be available to collect from the BAUS Merchandise stand in the Gallery Foyer.

Registered courses

Places on the BAUS Teaching & Skills Courses can only be booked through the main online booking system, using the conference registration button at the top of this page.

Cancelling or altering your registration

Fees for both the conference and the Office of Education teaching and skills courses, cannot be refunded on any cancellations after 14 May 2025. Cancellations before this date must be confirmed in writing and will be subject to a 10% administration charge.

Delegates who wish to change their registration to virtual attendance before 23:59 hr on 15 May 2025 will be issued a partial refund. Any requests to change to virtual attendance after this date will not be issued a partial refund.
