8th Congress in Barcelona
The 1949 Société Internationale d’Urologie (SIU) Congress was held in Barcelona.
This medal was presented to Willie Mack as a memento of the Congress. Willie Mack was a urologist working in Glasgow. He was President of BAUS from 1969 to 1970 but sadly died before completing his term of office. This medal was presented to The Museum of Urology by his son.
