The 1955 BAUS Annual Scientific Meeting took place from 30 June to 2 July 1955. The meeting followed the Annual General Meeting at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, Lincoln's Inn Fields, London and, after the AGM, continued at the Royal Society of Medicine (RSM, pictured right), Wimpole Street, London.

Other Information
The main theme of the meeting was "Calcification and calculus formation in the upper urinary tract".
Clinical and operating sessions were held at various London Hospitals throughout the meeting.
The Annual Dinner was held at the Royal College of Surgeons on 30 June, attended by 134 members and guests, and there was a cocktail party on 1 July at the RSM.
