Endourology (ENDO)

The Section was formed in 2002 as The British Society for Endourology. Its initial development was separate & independent from BAUS.

Ultimately, it was felt more appropriate for endourology to be formally represented as a sub-section of BAUS and so Endourology became part of BAUS. The Section now aims to improve standards and quality of practice within the sub-specialty by promoting training, research and development.

Expressions of interest invited for the role of Co-opted Generalist on the Endourology Executive Committee.  

As Mr Richard Hindley has been elected as an Endourology Section Executive Committee Member,  the role of Co-opted General Urologist on the BAUS Endourology Committee is now vacant.  

We therefore invite expressions of interest from BAUS members who wish to help shape the endourology agenda and are currently predominantly involved in core urology with an interest in endourology and are based in local units as opposed to tertiary referral centres.

Deadline for to submit an expression of interest is 12 noon, 24 January 2025.  Expressions of interest will be reviewed by the Endourology Executive Committee and candidates will be notified of the outcome in the first week of February.
