Appointment of New Audit Steering Group (ASG) Chair

Congratulations to Rob Calvert, Consultant Urological Surgeon at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, who has been appointed to the role of BAUS Audit Steering Group Chair, succeeding Andrew Dickinson. 

Rob has shadowed Andrew Dickinson from 1 November 2023 and formally took up his post in February 2024 when Andrew Dickinson demitted office. 

Rob has been an ASG member since the Group’s inception in 2018, and has undertaken a number of senior leadership roles, both in his Trust and for national quality improvement bodies such as GIRFT and NICE. As a result, he brings a wealth of experience to the ASG Chair role.
