Factors Influencing When Urologists Leave Full-time Practice

In the autumn  of 2020, BAUS (together with Bournemouth University) carried out an on-line survey of "Factors influencing when urologists leave full time practice".

A report of the results was promised to participants, and this is now available to the BAUS membership on the Workforce page in the MyBAUS section (members' login required).

This report gives a fascinating insight into urological career development, issues that appear to be important in career planning and factors that influence the senior workforce’s decisions regarding retirement.

We may seek the BAUS membership's help again, at some stage in the future, to clarify some of the matters that this work has brought to the surface.
