All the normal Direct Debit safeguards and guarantees apply. No changes in the amount date or frequency to be debited can be made without notifying you at least 10 working days in advance of your account being debited. In the event of any error, you are entitled to an immediate refund from your bank or building society. You have the right to cancel a Direct Debit Instruction at any time simply by writing to your bank or building society, with a copy to us.

You may cancel the sign up process at any time by either clicking the homepage or closing your browser. This sign up process is protected by our SSL certificate, providing a secured link between your browser and our server. If for any reason the padlock symbol is not being displayed, please close your browser and try again. Please make sure that you have up to date anti-virus protection installed on your computer.

The Direct Debit Guarantee

  • This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
  • If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, The British Association of Urological Surgeons Ltd. will notify you 10 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request The British Association of Urological Surgeons Ltd. to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
  • If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by The British Association of Urological Surgeons Ltd. or your bank or building society you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
    • If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when The British Association of Urological Surgeons Ltd. asks you to.
  • You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.
