Personal Statement
Mr Shalom Srirangam qualified from University of Manchester in 1997 (MBChB). He completed his surgical training (MRCS) in 2001. Following a period of research, he undertook his specialist urology training in the North West (Manchester) from 2003 to 2008.
He completed a European School of Urology Fellowship in Endourology/Stone disease at the University Hospital Leuven, Belgium in 2008. He has been a Consultant Urological Surgeon at East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust since Jan 2009. He manages all aspects of common urological conditions but has a specialist interest in the treatment of kidney stone disease.
